Terms and Conditions:
1. By checking the designated box, you acknowledge and agree that you are authorizing Realm Corporation Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Realm”) to bill your utility services on behalf of your body corporate.
2. You understand that Realm will act as an intermediary for billing purposes only and does not assume responsibility for the provision of utility services or any related matters beyond billing.
3. You acknowledge that any disputes or concerns regarding the provision of utility services, including but not limited to service interruptions, quality issues, or billing discrepancies, must be addressed directly with the relevant utility service provider.
4. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding your utility services account, including but not limited to account numbers, billing addresses, and service details. Realm shall not be liable for any errors or delays resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
5. You authorize Realm to access and process your utility services account information as necessary for the purpose of billing and administering your account on behalf of your body corporate.
6. You understand that Realm may collect and store personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which can be accessed on its website or provided upon request.
7. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Realm, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to the billing of your utility services.
8. You acknowledge that Realm reserves the right to modify or terminate its billing services at any time, with or without notice, and shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modifications or terminations.
9. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Realm regarding the billing of your utility services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
10. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your state/territory, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of your state/territory.
By checking the box, you signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms and conditions, please do not proceed with the authorization.
